Shipping & Delivery
International shipping is free for all orders over $100 USD, otherwise a $20 USD shipping fee is added at checkout.
Each international parcel is sent with Australia Post, and delivered with USPS or Canada Post.
Once you receive your tracking number, you can track it with USPS here or with Aus Post here.
The time it takes for parcels to arrive can vary depend on your location. Usually it will take from 5-12 working days for standard post, and 2-4 days for express post. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 there will be lengthy postal delays, so we appreciate your patience while we navigate this.
Delivery Time
* These are Australia Post Express, Canada Post & USPS delivery times for metro/city areas. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are shipped the same day that are made before 1pm (Brisbane, Australia Time) Monday to Friday. Orders made after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
Customs Charges
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-posting fee is $20 to cover the return shipping we are charged as well as the cost to resend, thank you for your understanding.
