Stage 4 restrictions are now in place across our fulfilment centre and logistics partners in Melbourne.
Right now their priority is the safety of staff & the community, and they are following all government advice on managing Covid-19 in their facilities and delivery network so they can get your items to you as soon as possible.
Please rest assured our warehouse is still operating and orders placed before 12pm will most likely still be packed and sent off the same day, purchases made after 12pm or on weekends will be packed & sent the following working day.
+ We might see a few packing delays on Mondays & Tuesdays while our fulfilment centre works at less capacity to pack weekend orders.
+ We might also see some slight shipping delays over the next couple of weeks while Australia Post manages delivering at a lower capacity.
Australia Post is working closely with partner airlines and postal operators to move items as quickly possible.
Please note: USA will no longer be performing signature on delivery for items delivered to USA due to government restrictions.

Covid-19 Returns Policy Update:
We understand that while there are limited planes and handling with the mail system at present, that receiving and sending back your purchase for exchange or refund is not likely to happen within our usual 14 day period.
You now have up to 60 days to send your order back, as international mail is heavily delayed. If your country is not accepting mail at present please just get in touch with an email when you've sent it back for our records.
