CADANDA:

We have currently suspended all orders to Canada. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, but due to cancelled flights and a huge uplift in parcels going through the postal network we can no longer guarantee international delivery windows, and we don't want to let you down. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as they come through should our operations change.

USA:

We are still sending orders to the US and thank our wonderful customer's support during this uncertain time.

For now, our warehouse and delivery partners are still operating and we should not see any significant changes to our process. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as they come through should our operations need to change.

However please note due to travel restrictions and cancelled flights into the US, we are expecting at least a 4-6 week delay on orders arriving.

There are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all inbound and outbound items to USA.

We expect delays to USA of up to 2-4 weeks due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Express items will be given priority over Standard items during this time.

Australia Post is working closely with partner airlines and postal operators to move items as quickly possible.

Please note: USA will no longer be performing signature on delivery for items delivered to USA due to government restrictions."
