Who is a women who has deeply shaped your life?

Mia

Product Manager

The woman who has deeply shaped my life is my mother! Her quiet resilience in the face of life’s challenges is truly inspiring, and her genuine kindness toward everyone is a quality I deeply admire and feel grateful to have grown up surrounded by.

Rach

Buyers Assistant

The first person who comes to mind when I think of a woman who has shaped my life is definitely my mum. She has always been my rock, teaching me to be kind and outgoing, and reminding me that there is always something to be grateful for and smile about.

Cass

Wholesale Coordinator

A woman who has deeply shaped my life is my best friend Lily. We have been inseparable for 17 years, and her wisdom, strength and kindness have carried me through life. I'm so grateful to have her standing by my side as my maid of honour in a few weeks.

How has becoming a mum shaped the woman you are today?

Hannah

Wholesale & Operations Coordinator

I think becoming a mum has made me a bit braver, especially having a daughter I feel a responsibility to show her what's possible for women, I want to step outside of my comfort zone and show her how strong we can be. It's also had me reflecting on my own inner voice and the unconscious biases I've picked up over time, challenging myself to question why when someone speaks about a President or CEO, I might assume it's a man. I want my daughter to imagine a women.

Lou

Head of People & Culture

Becoming a mum didn’t just give me a new title, it completely stretched me as a person. It’s expanded my mind beyond anything I could have imagined. I’m smarter now, more efficient, and definitely more loving. Motherhood has sharpened me in ways I didn't expect. It's taught me clarity, resilience, and how to hold strength and softness at the same time. It’s deepened my empathy, strengthened my intuition, and shown me the quiet power that comes with being someone’s entire world.

Jess

Customer & Experience Manager

Motherhood has made me softer and stronger all at once. It’s taught me patience (the real, deep-breath kind!) and expanded my capacity for empathy in ways I never expected. In learning to advocate for my children, I’ve learned to stand up for myself too. Throughout the chaos and the magic I find motherhood is refining my ambition, not reducing it.

What advice would you give your younger self?
