As Store Manager, you will lead the daily success of the boutique by inspiring your team, elevating the customer experience, and delivering strong commercial performance. Through a visible leadership presence, you'll bring the brand to life while fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and accountability.
Annual Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of the leadership team, you will serve as the Leader on Duty, partnering with the Store Manager/General Manager to drive sales performance, lead daily operations, and ensure the team delivers an elevated in-store experience. When the Store Manager is not present, you will confidently oversee the business, ensuring sales goals are achieved, brand standards are maintained, and customers receive exceptional service.
Hourly Pay Range: $23/hr – $25/hr Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. This role is bonus eligible.

In this role, you will support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, service-driven environment. Depending on business needs, this role may include opening and closing responsibilities, keyholder duties, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, balances multiple priorities with attention to detail, and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Hourly Pay Range: $17/hr – $21/hr
