This is best for actual lounging, not so much for sleeping. I got an XL for top, medium for bottom. I'm a 36D and a 8/6 in bottoms. Everything fit great. The boob area was a little small, but thats ok because I mean youre kind of expecting to be revealing haha trying to to sleep in it, however, your boobs will fall out haha i think maybe if i would have gotten one size up maybe i would have had enough support to sleep in the top. But i think then there would have been too mucb fabric at the bottom of the top. The shorts are very comfortable sleep in.
