USA:
All orders to the US are shipped from our US based warehouse in Nashville.
Orders over $50 ship FREE express with DHL from our US warehouse.
Orders under $50 are $5 regular mail with DHL, or $8 express with DHL.
Sometimes it can take 48 hours for tracking details to be updated, so we appreciate your patience.

Canada:
Orders are shipped from our US based warehouse in Nashville via Asendia.
Delivery to Canada is free for orders over $75 USD, or $10 if under $75.
We do not currently offer express to Canada, so allow 7-15 business days for delivery once dispatched.

Orders to SA are shipped from our US based warehouse in Nashville via Asendia.
Countries include Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico.
Delivery is free on orders over $100, or $12 if under. All prices are in USD.
Europe:
Orders to Europe are shipped from our US based warehouse in Nashville via Asendia.
Countries include Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
Delivery is free on orders over $100, or $15 if under. All prices are in USD.
United Kingdom:
Orders to the UK are shipped from our US based warehouse in Nashville via Asendia.
Delivery is free on orders over $100, or $15 if under. All prices are in USD.
Israel:
Orders to Israel are shipped from our US based warehouse in Nashville via Asendia.
Delivery is free on orders over $100, or $15 if under. All prices are in USD.
Address Changes
Please check and double check your address is correct before you place our order. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems.
We cannot make changes to orders once placed.
If you have entered the wrong address or need to update an address, please email us at support@katthelabel.com. Labels are created automatically once the order is placed so we only have a small window to be able to make any changes.
Dispatch
Our support team is based in Australia, so please note all orders will be shipped the same day that are made before 11am Nashville time from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 11am, will be shipped the next working day. Customer support is on Melbourne, Australia time if you have reached out with an enquiry.
Delivery & Order Costs
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in USD. If you are shopping from Canada or a country outside the US, the currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency.
The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in USD.

You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
